2. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data in "server log files": browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of access and IP address. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are generally deleted after a short period.

3. Contact form & email

You can request a sample via the enquiry form. The data you enter (name, company, email, message) is processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; additionally (a) where consent is given). Delivery is handled by the service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR); your data is transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), which form part of our data processing agreement with Formspree; you can request a copy of the safeguards via the contact details above. We regularly delete incoming enquiries at the provider; beyond that, we store your details only for as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by statutory retention periods. 4. Cookies & local storage

The website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. To remember your language choice we use only technically necessary local storage (localStorage) in your browser. No consent is required for this; you can delete this data at any time via your browser settings.

5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established when you visit this site, and no personal data is transmitted for this purpose.

6. Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), to analyse how the website is used. The service sets no cookies and no persistent identifiers and collects only aggregated metrics (e.g. pages viewed, referrer, browser type, country); there is no cross-site tracking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.
